Following your dinner, you can take a leisurely walk through Thamel’s streets. After exchanging your money for local currency at banks or private exchange centers, you may take advantage of Thamel’s lively nightlife in its pubs and clubs.
After enjoying a hearty, comfortable breakfast and a delicious cup of Nepali tea, you can use ride-sharing services like Pathao or Indrive to hire a taxi and explore the architecture, art, and culture of the Kathmandu Valley’s Nepali community.
The Kathmandu Valley, renowned for its advantageous location as the meeting point of several ancient Asian civilizations, is home to seven UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Consequently, several temples, shrines, and other sites important to Buddhism and Hinduism may be found throughout the valley.

The city of lakes, Pokhara provides you with magnificent views of the lakes along with various fun activities to encounter. The city provides you with majestic glimpses of Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Manaslu, and Fishtail mountains.
You’ll visit Davis Falls, and Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave, followed by paragliding over Pokhara from Sarangkot; zip line travels, Bunjee, Kayaking, boating, and many more. You can end your day by enjoying the evening aarti at Phewa Lake.
On this day, you’ll start your journey after enjoying your breakfast at your stay on the lakeside. You’ll proceed towards Chitwan enjoying a 6-7 hour tourist bus ride enjoying the view of the Terai plains. The temperature gradually starts to increase as you approach Chitwan.
On your arrival in Chitwan, you can freshen up and then enjoy the Tharu Dance performed by the locals of Sauraha. You can try the specialty of tharu cuisine, Ghonghi which is a dish prepared using snails.
You can also stroll around the riverside and enjoy the night view of the river.
The next morning, after enjoying your breakfast you can rent a cycle and ride it to the elephant breeding center and museum followed by a jeep safari. Regarded as the home to abundant animals and biodiversity, Chitwan offers you various forms of jungle safari.
The one-horned rhinoceros, Bengal tigers, leopards, and various deer are among the iconic animals that can be seen on exciting jungle safaris. With so many different bird species to observe, Chitwan is a birdwatcher’s paradise.
Elephant back safari, elephant bathing, crocodile walks, and canoe trips are all available in Chitwan National Park.
The final destination of the tour is Lumbini. On this day you’ll head toward Lumbini after enjoying your comfortable stay in Chitwan. On the way, you’ll enjoy your lunch enjoying the view of the surroundings.
Later in the evening, you can stroll around the city and can visit Maya Devi Temple. You’ll then rest in your accommodation for the day after enjoying your dinner.
On this day you’ll get to encounter the holy places of Lumbini. To witness the spiritual and mental peace, people from all around the world visit Lumbini. You can experience an overwhelming feeling of spiritual peace while unwinding in the peaceful atmosphere .
A UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Lumbini Garden surrounds the Maya Devi Temple and features serene ponds, stunning statues portraying various moments in the life of the Buddha, and beautiful plants.
The birthplace of Buddha is a major Buddhist pilgrimage site, with thousands of pilgrims visiting each year. Among the various sights to view when visiting Lumbini are the ancient stupas, Ashoka Pillar, and Pushkarini Tank.
Following an enjoyable breakfast while admiring the moments spent during the tour, you can go return to Kathmandu on a comfortable tourist bus. As you travel through numerous little villages, you can see the terraced fields, flowing rivers, and beautiful countryside splendor.
You will get a fantastic opportunity to enjoy the stunning Nepalese landscapes during the six- or seven-hour bus ride. After reaching Kathmandu, you can stroll along the alleys Thamel and collect souvenirs to take back home as a memory from your trip.
You can take back some local snacks such as “titaura”, organic tea leaves from Illam from shops in Kathmandu, churpi which is a kind of hard cheese.
During the final day of your departure, the hotel staff will traditionally bid you goodbye presenting you with a “khadha” and a bouquet. The staff for the hotel will escort you to the airport and bid you a farewell wishing for your safe travel.
Best Time for the Tour
Spring and fall are the ideal seasons to travel to Lumbini, Pokhara, Chitwan, and Kathmandu. Nepal experiences spring from March to May and fall from September to November. It is comfortable to travel throughout these months because of the moderate weather. Longer periods of clear skies also provide us with more time for exploring.
Spring Season
The months of March through May are the best times of year for tourists who want to visit Nepal. This time of year gives a breathtaking view of the mountains, mild weather, and rhododendrons in blossom.
This time of the year is convenient for road trips as well as flights and mostly can avoid unwanted delays due to climatic situations.
Autumn/Fall season
Another great time of year to visit Nepal is from September to November. Autumn is ideal for visiting the cultural sites in and around Kathmandu and Lumbini because it brings clear skies and mild temperatures. This time of year is also a great time to experience Chitwan’s wildlife and cultural immersion.

Winter Season
The winter season falls from December to February. Traveling during this time is possible but can be quite challenging. The cold makes traveling challenging, especially in mountainous areas. Shorter daylight hours mean less time for activities and sightseeing.
Summer/Monsoon Season
The monsoon season falls from June to September. In Chitwan, Lumbini, Pokhara, and Kathmandu, heavy rains during the monsoon season might result in landslides and road closures, which could make travel difficult.
